Executive Assistant

We are on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to work with a reputable financial services firm in the city. This role is hybrid for those seeking the opportunity to work remotely.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Working with the firm's Partners' and other team members to ensure that business life is immaculately organised
- Ability to spot 'stress points' and arranging calendar accordingly to ensure efficient management of individuals' time
- Confidence to ask questions where briefs/instructions are unclear
- Dealing with confidential matters with a very high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Complete expense claims in a timely manner
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other teams and EA coverage where required
- Maintain departmental databases including Salesforce
- Prepare and bind investor presentations
- Out-of-hours support may be required
**SKILLS**:
- Strong Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Some exposure to Excel
- Previous experience providing administrative support to senior executives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail desirable
- Previous experience in financial services
- Databases : Salesforce and Cvent COMPETENCIES (key behaviours):
- Quick grasp of needs and concepts
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Efficient and able to prioritise effectively
- Takes responsibility for tasks to completion
- Strong work ethic - hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a very positive attitude
- Team-player, willing to help colleagues on ad hoc tasks
- Self starter, able to take the initiative and work independently
- Very high level of discretion and professionalism
- Flexible and proactive approach
