Construction Administrator

**Factory Administrator**
Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Middlesbrough based business with the appointment of a newly created Administrator position. The Administrator will report into the Factory Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day support and administrative operations onsite in the factory, alongside supporting with wider administrative duties as and where appropriate.
**Responsibilities**:
- General administration supporting the factory manager with paperwork, documentations etc
- Raising PO's and invoices
- Managing delivery logs
- Administration and processing of delivery logs
- Providing first line support and guidance for the factory manager
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain company systems and ensure relevant documentation and checks are in place
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
We are keen to speak with experienced administrators who have worked in fast paced, dynamic roles, within construction or logistics industries. You'll be well organised, a proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail and comfortable working autonomously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
