WHAT TO EXPECT

Jaguar is an iconic brand with an illustrious heritage that is now undergoing a dramatic transformation. As part of the Re-Imagine strategy for the JLR business, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end customer journey, underpinned by an all electric car portfolio.

This role is vital as we scale a new wave of education in retail for the Jaguar brand. Repositioning Jaguar as a modern luxury brand, we require a compelling education journey for our Jaguar ambassadors. Crafting this with our Head of Jaguar Training, you will be in the rooms where the strategy forms; capturing the stories as they happen, creating education that is impossible to look away from. Your lens is that of the learner; bold enough to push for the behind the scenes access to shape education that feels like our learner is on the shoulder of the makers and magic behind Jaguar, reimagined.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role with possible JLR linear career progressions and exposure to a huge range of business opportunities.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Co-creating learner content across the Jaguar ecosystem to ensure confidence and brand love at every level
- Project planning confidence, ensuring milestones are met.
- Managing budget and timelines for launch and BAU
- Working closely with our centre of excellence to ensure Jaguar education works cohesively with our House of Brands
- Ability to synthesise ideas into cohesive project plan and waves of content distribution
- A true team player; humble and eager to listen to the training needs of all departments and workstreams but with the end learner in mind
- Experience managing eLearning and social learning platforms; managing content cadence.
- Data driven; extracting key metrics to inform future educational needs
- Responsible for shaping brand store training execution and rollout

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As the Training Coordinator, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Capable of seeing the 'bigger picture' and thinking strategically
- Strong excel and ppt skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Understanding of luxury retail operations
- Excellent interpersonal across all levels of the business
- Experience born in a retail environment
- Ability to create action plans based on data insights

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
