We are recruiting a Project Senior Analyst to support the My Belonging (Leadership Development, People Promise & Workforce Experience, Purpose) & My Opportunities squads. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key activities will be supporting the My Belonging & My Opportunities squads in all aspects of their work. The roles will work with cross functional teams to ensure effective delivery of projects that will signal cultural change and alignment with our Purpose & Creators Code.

**Key activities will include**:
Help the team collate and order all key activities to ensure clarity of direction and action for the whole team
Facilitates key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives as well as prepare for QBR & ABR events
Builds key relationships with other groups internal and external to My Belonging & My Opportunities, as well as stakeholder engagement as required
Coordinates interdependencies in delivery to ensure alignment on progress
Promotes, supports and trains the squad in the usage of Agile principles and practices, and adds value as the squad delivers work
Enables the squad to resolve impediments and resolves any blockers and challenges
Support and coaching to Product Owner on their roles and responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Previous Project Management experience
Previous Scrum Master experience
Previous involvement in significant organisational wide projects
Excellent organisation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
