**Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager**
I am exclusively working with a Runcorn-based client and assisting with their search for a Sales Director. My client have a nationwide reach and a turnover of over £10million. They have a fantastic name within their field and pride themselves on the servicethey offer their clients.
You will be joining a well-established team and will be taking on a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Sales professional who has a proven background within solution selling, developing and executing strategic sales plans, analysing markettrends and reporting.
**This is a chance for you to create a role that is really your own - you must have passion and drive and be committed to propelling the company forward.**
You will be expected to travel across the UK visiting customers and following up potential lead. There is the opportunity for this role to include **home-working**:
- though you will be expected to be office-based 1 - 2 days per week.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Owning and aiming to exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Attending client meetings and effectively selling through the use of proposals and presentations
- Providing a full consultative service to prospective customers
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and expand customer base
- Working closely with and reporting back to the MD
- Understanding and analysing category specific trends
Salary and initial benefits:
- Up to £75,000 dependent on level of experience

- Highly self motivated - though you will have the MD's full support, this is a stand-alone role
- Goal-orientated
- Ideally with experience in the agricultural field - though all areas of experience will be considered
- Who is a proven relationship builder
- With a full UK driving license (all expenses paid for)
