**Platform Resourcing** are currently working alongside an insurance company in **Newport** based just off the M4 and near major commuting and bus routes. They are looking for a **German Speaking Customer Service Administrator** who will play a key part in speaking to and assisting customers.

**German Speaking Customer Service Administrator Role and Responsibilities**
- Answering inbound calls from customers and providing excellent assistance
- Ensuring the database accurately reflects order information
- Sending out any required correspondence and speaking with internal teams to provide updates
- General administrative tasks to support the business

**German Speaking Customer Service Administrator Essential Experience**:

- The ability to speak both German and English to a C1 (Fluent/Native) level is required for the role
- Some customer service and/or administrative experience is preferable but not essential
- Background in customer focused roles, such as hospitality, retail, call centre, administration etc
- Great phone manner and ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to commute to Dyffryn in Newport for 4 full weeks for training, then 2 days a week once you switch to hybrd working
