**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Adviser within the Financial Services Operations area to provide an excellent level of service to our customers.

As part of this fast-paced team, you’ll respond to customer queries in relation to life claims. Your day will consist of processing policy payments, responding to claims and seeing these through to conclusion as well as servicing existing policies as well as managing a wide range of queries across a range of NFU Mutual Life products.

To be the best you can be in this role, we provide a comprehensive training programme that includes a mixture of classroom and hands-on experience. Once your training is complete, we will provide a supportive learning environment so that you can confidently start your career with NFU Mutual.

This role is based in our Avon House office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work some of your hours from home following your training period. To help you give your best in the office and at home, we’re open to discussing what this might look like for you.**About You**:
