The purpose of this role is to provide efficient support for various benefits processes across our product offering. Responsibilities include:
- Handling communications between customers, financial advisers, third parties, and other business areas.
- Ensuring the timely payment of benefit transactions.
- Producing letters and emails.
- Working efficiently with internal systems.
- Maintaining accurate records on our databases.
Requirements:
- You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised.
