We have an exciting opportunity within South Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership, Business Support Team. This Management Team Secretary will ensure efficient and effective support service by providing a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Partnership’s Medical Director and support to the wider Senior Management Team.

This fast-paced environment will suit an adaptable & flexible individual with excellent IT skills.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential, alongside good organisational and planning skills.

A forward thinker with a Professional qualification i.e. HNC in a relevant discipline (Business Admin/Secretarial Studies/Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in a secretarial role, or experience as a department/personal secretary will thrive in this supportive team.
