Part Time Legal Administrator

**Job Title: Part-Time Legal Administrator**
**Hours: 20 hours per week (Ideally 5 days week 4 hours day)**
**Salary: 30K (Full time equivalent)**
**Travel: Travel required 1 day a month**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Submissions**:
- Follow up with clients for necessary paperwork and information.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Maintain and update distribution lists for marketing and communications.
- Handle client queries professionally, distributing them to team members as needed.
- **Client Servicing and Administration**:
- Manage adhoc paperwork, such as changes of address and policy renewals.
- Schedule and manage follow-up tasks for client meetings and business submissions.
- Assist in general administrative duties like scanning and filing documents.
- **Record Maintenance**:
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client information on internal systems.
- Organise and update electronic client files for easy access.
- Run client risk assessments and conduct anti-money laundering checks.
- Provide agendas and information requests for client meetings when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in using systems like DocuSign, Intelligent Office, and Volume.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
