Part Time Sales Administrator

Mercedes-Benz of Stevenage are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Administrator to join their team
2-5 years of experience of sales administration a requirement. Experience of automotive sales administration and advantage.
Salary - £11,000 (20 hours a week)

Job Outline:
To process all sales orders, ensuring all paperwork is received and completed in accordance with company procedures
To ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records
To notify sales person of any shortfalls in payment
To ensure that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoptions are processed at the correct time and payment made for new vehicles
To process all used car stock purchases and ensure payment is made to the supplier
To spec new vehicles & amend accordingly
To provide daily updates to management on the movement of new vehicles taken from our stock
To ensure all finance settlements are made
To progress new vehicles through kerridge using data & paperwork from MBUK
To carry out regular stock checks of vehicles
To reconcile new and used stock to external and internal reports
To complete taxation of new vehicles using the AFRL system and ensuring correct Campaign Codes and Sales Type used.
To process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, vehicles removed from stock lists and any necessary payment received
To monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records
To Ensure RV’s within EPOS, matches specification of vehicle. Ensure print out of RV and Oasis is in the deal file, notifying management of any discrepancies before invoicing.

Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
