This role is known internally as 'Registration Process Account Executive’

**What you’ll be doing**
As the Sales Support Administrator you will be overseeing and following up on registration sales leads from campaigns, field sales activity and enquiries. This role also involves the preparation and coordination of reports, data input and general administration

- Data input of prospects.
- Follow up of prospects
- To generate, cleanse, and organise new sales lead information so that it is prepared for use for marketing purposes.
- To help support and organise the GRS workshops
- To support the Registration Account Process Manager to assess/approve/edit the marketing material and artwork for use within sales projects and campaigns.
- To manage lead conversions and compile reports, collating an up-to-date log of all
- relevant information regarding lead conversion totals.
- Ensure consistent high levels of customer service
- Monitoring customer feedback and collation of FAQs.
**A little more about what we’re looking for**
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both written and oral.
- Strong administration skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative.
- Team player with the ability and willingness to work interdepartmentally.
- High level of accuracy for data entry and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer service, sales support or similar role.
