This meansensuring that there is high quality, customer focusedcommunication with line managers and individual employees. Open departmental post and distribute as appropriate. Ensure all filing paper and electronic is kept up to date and filed Provide administrative support to the HR Services Manager andHead of HR Services in the performance of their duties.

Answer all Human Resource incoming telephone calls and providean appropriate response to enquiries. Log the details of calls andadvice given so themes can be identified, and areas improved. Assist in the provision of information for Board Reports; AnnualReports; Workforce Plans and outside agencies etc. Arrange and attend departmental meetings, grievance anddisciplinary hearings, etc.
