Full training is always provided to encourage reaching your full protential. This is fully supported in a number of ways such as regular supervisions, courses/coaching and recruitment to management being sourced within the team. We hold regular team meetings/team building exercises to bring out the fun within this rewarding role. We use an "open office door policy" meaning managers are available from open to close daily to help and assist with any problems or questions you may have, supporting the team is our aim.

Here in Petite Feet your role will be to put children first, to deliver a fun and planned out day with routine and structure for the kids in your care. You will make each day as exciting and enjoyable for both the children and yourself. You will need to demonastrate fun and enthusiasm, be hardworking reliable and be able to communicate professionally with parents each day.

You must be willing to work overtime (if and when required), be a team player and be able to use effectively our software programme to update parents called Famly.

Driving would be fantastic however not a deal breaker. You will need to have 2yrs paid childcare experience, hold a qualifaication to a minimum of level 2.

All successful canidates will need to complete an Access NI, letter from GP and 2 supply references from previous employer before commencing employment.

All training will be fully supported and an induction day will take place prior to you starting within your role. An all weather uniform will also be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtownabbey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Must be willing to rotate from early morning shift patterns (7:30am) to evening shift ending at 6pm

1 week of early start shift 7:30am start
1 week of close shift 6pm finish

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
