Childcare Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated room supervisor to join our team in providing high-quality childcare. The role involves overseeing the care and well-being of children in a nurturing environment and working closely with your team.

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Drive and manage daily activities, ensuring child safety at all times
- Implement early childhood education principles in daily routines
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding a team of nursery staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare
- Level 3 or above in a childcare qualification
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of nursery procedures and best practices
- Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.42-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
