**Responsibilities**:

- Providing an exceptional level of customer service;
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
- Manage incoming phone calls to the Branch - reservation handling, general questions, complaint resolution;
- Assisting the management team with complaints and resolving these effectively;
- Collection of Accounts Receivables;
- Assisting in generation of monthly statements and handling of customer invoice queries;
- Callback reporting as well as provide callback support;
- One way and Out of Hours support;
- Management and training

**Qualifications**:
- Admin experience preferred
- Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Ability and desire to work within a strong team oriented business model
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management & vendors via telephone, internet and other mediums
