- Basic salary of £14,534 to £19,333 per year (OTE up to £25,000)
- Four day working week at 32.5 hours (Working every Saturday)
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Business mileage paid
- Enrollment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification

**A day in the life of a Viewing Assistant with haart**
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders
- Generating new and repeat business
- Conducting property viewings
- Delivering keys upon completion of purchases
- Up selling additional products
- Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

**Essential Skills of a **Viewing Assistant with haart**
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle (less than 5 years old)
- Experience as an Estate Agent would be advantageous, but not essential
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Basic IT skills

**The Finer Details**

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) _
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
