**Duties**:
- First point of contact for customers

- Complete administrative tasks
- Complete fact finding
- Adapt your approach with each customer
**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Call centre experience, but not essential
- Organised
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
