**Job Role:** Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a reputable Main Car Dealership in the Tonbridge area of Kent. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide customers with clear and concise information about service and repair work required to their vehicles
* Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
* Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs
* Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
* Produce job cards on in-house computer system
* Update customer and vehicle records
* Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
* Prepare and complete invoices

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
* Full driving licence
