About the Role

As an EE Franchise Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of your store by delivering sensational sales through exceptional customer service. You will be the face of EE in your store, engaging customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with all EE products, services, and promotions, as well as those of our competitors. Your role will involve taking pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements
  • Strong background in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets or deadlines
  • Interest in communications technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous retail experience
  • Knowledge of the telecoms sector
