About the Role

As an EE Franchise Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of your store by delivering exceptional customer service and sales through sensational service. You will be the face of EE, showcasing our products and services to customers and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with EE's products, services, and promotions, as well as those of our competitors
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, maintaining a clean and tidy environment at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Strong background in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets or deadlines
  • Interest in communications technology and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
