Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's growing team at a main car dealership. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring they are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system, documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
  • Full driving license.
What We Offer:
  • OTE up to 28K (Depending on Experience).
  • After 3 years of service, you receive an extra 3 Days Holiday.
