**The Role**
As our **People & Culture Coordinator** you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support and assist in various People functions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of People processes, contributing to the overall success of the organisations People initiatives.
Your primary purpose is to assist in the coordination and execution of People activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and People record management. You'll help foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance. Confidentiality and discretion are paramount in handling sensitive employee information.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll sheets and records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and payroll deadlines
- Assist in the administration of compensation & benefits programmes, including tracking and updating employee information, benefits enrolment, and liaising with relevant suppliers
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with any company policies and legal requirements
- Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and management on HR policies and practices, as well as IT query support alongside external partner, as needed
- Manage employee reference process and provide timely responses to reference requests
- Prepare and analyse data reports related to HR and Talent metrics
- Ensure compliance with all required training programmes and assist in enrolling employees in training courses, tracking completion and maintaining training records
- Maintain the training calendar and assist with the coordination and planning of training events to support employee development
- Support the coordination and planning of culture calendar and team events, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Support end of year and performance review process
- Assist in developing and executing internal communications and values communications plans, ensuring consistent messaging and employee engagement
- Maintain accurate personnel files and update employee information in the People database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist in managing invoices related to People & Culture team programmes and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Champion our core values and foster a diverse and inclusive culture, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Provide support to employee relations as required
