Working within our Insurance Underwriting team, the Customer Service Administrator will provide a wide variety of administration support. You will demonstrate a high level of customer service and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will need to be adaptable to build an in-depth knowledge of our products, processes and systems. You will be confident using Outlook, Word and Excel, full training will be provided on in-house systems. You will need to be flexible in your approach to handling the work and constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve service to our customers and highlight arears for process improvements. Your performance will be measured against your efficiency, quality of your work and levels of productivity.

**Key Responsbilities**
- Ensure all customer data is stored accurately
- To file all hard and soft copies of work that have been processed
- Understand the importance of productivity with the aim of exceeding KPI's
- Deliver on personal targets
- Display a positive attitude to change
- Always punctual
- Excellent attention to detail

**Person Specification**
- Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work load
