Job Title: Contract Administrator - Office Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Office Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contracts
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
  • Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
  • Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA's and KPI's
  • Microsoft Office IT Skills

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
  • Extensive Excel experience
