**Job Title**: Programme Coordinator - 37.5 Hours per week

**About the Trust**
We deliver district general services to 2.5m residents of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and its surrounding communities. Our specialist services allow us to deliver care to 4.5m people from across the East Midlands and nationally for a handful of services. QMC is where our Emergency Department (ED), Major Trauma Centre and the Nottingham Children’s Hospital are based. It is also home to the University of Nottingham’s School of Nursing and Medical School. Nottingham City Hospital is our planned care site, where our cancer centre, heart centre and stroke services are based, and where some of our emergency admissions units are located. Ropewalk House is where we provide a range of outpatient services, including hearing services.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Build agendas, circulate papers, record minutes and actions.
- Work closely with other Programme Co-ordinators across EMAHSN to ensure consistency of delivery and best practice is adopted.
- Attending programme meetings.
- Maintenance and completion of PMO trackers to capture and present data and information for assurance purposes.
- Analyse, interpret, and present data related to programmes including risk and issues.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including senior managers and with external customers.
- Proven record of planning, organisation, and administration skills.
