Job Title: Assurance Programme Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Programme Coordinator to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a key opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with Programme Managers to ensure effective Programme Delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement assurance frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Programme Performance.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to enhance Programme outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers to develop and configure reports, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain a risk register, identifying and escalating potential risks to Senior Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field or significant recent equivalent work experience in Project Management or Data Analysis.
  • Experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, preferably Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong analytical and judgement skills, with the ability to produce recommendations based on data insights.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
