Our client is world leader in innovative, green, and ultra-efficient engineering who use their unique expertise and technology to pioneer products for their customers. An opportunity has arisen for a competent and experienced HR professional to join theirteam on a permanent basis as their Senior HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help shape and deliver the People Strategy and engagement strategy within the business.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of/be involved in setting and embedding the following HR strategies: performance, engagement, development, talent and onboarding.
- Take responsibility for the full employee life cycle, working closely with the Recruitment Advisor.
- Work closely with the company's stakeholders on all people-related activities.
- Providing day to day employee relations activity and support, ensuring accurate, effective, pragmatic and timely advice to managers and employees (upskilling managers where appropriate).
- Act as a first point of contact for all disciplinary, grievance and performance management incidents.
- Effectively collate and submit payroll information such as joiners and leavers where required.
- General ad hoc HR administration duties as and when required.
- Provide reports on HR related KPI's to the Executive team.
- Maintain, review and update the HR policies and procedures.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Educated to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within an Advisory position.
- Ability to work autonomously with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an inquisitive nature.
