This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Process a high volume of purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide administrative support. Maintain organised records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Assist in other administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department. Skills required: Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in using sales and invoicing software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing purchase orders and invoices. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
