Job Overview:
This position will be a versatile role, being a first point of contact for customers and providing an admin support to our various departments to ensure our office continues to run efficiently and effectively. The ideal Digital Administrative is a forward-thinking, enthusiastic person, willing to learn, able to work on their own initiative and enjoy being part of a team.

As Digital Administrative you will be required to carry out the following duties, and any other relevant tasks:

- Communicate in polite and courteous manner
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Co-ordinate and organise appointments and meetings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Undertake simple bookkeeping tasks
- Help with digital marketing
- Other tasks required by supervisors

What Skills Will I Learn?
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Coordinate Director’s calendar
- Type documents, reports and correspondence
- Impute data into Excell spreadsheets and software

What qualifications or qualities are required?
- National 5 English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible approach to working
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Accuracy, focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
