**Job specification**:
To ensure effective and smooth administration of the company and to support the Managing Director.

**Main tasks**:

- Prepare price quotations from tender requests / architect's drawings in consultation with the M.D.
- Raise invoices and chase overdue payments in consultation with M.D.
- Prepare monthly invoice payment run.
- Track cost schedules for large contracts to ensure that all costs incurred are fully recovered.
- Maintain personnel files and issue legal documentation for employees starting and leaving the company.
- Annually review utility contracts and advise best purchasing option.
- Organise fitting staff work schedules and arrange accommodation, trade permits etc.
- Maintain and develop price matrices for products.
- Oversee relevant risk management and health and safety documentation.
- Oversee fortnightly payroll duties.

- Outlook, Word & Excel trained
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Rapid typing ability
- Numerical competency
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under own initiative

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HEREFORD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
