Reporting to the Head Hall Porter, who was recently awarded The Lifetime Achievement Award by The Society of The Golden Keys, the Page will be responsible for assisting with the delivery and collection of guest items, greeting and directing guests and ensuring that they all receive an exceptional level of five-star service during their stay.

As Page, you should be knowledgeable with The Ritz Hotel services and the London area as you will be recommending local attractions, bars, restaurants, clubs and making the guests feel at home. You will be working alongside our concierge team to deliver excellent service.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
