HR and Office Administrator

Signature are delighted to be partnering with an expanding travel company in central Bristol. This company is in an incredibly exciting part of their development, and as such requires the support of a HR and Office Administrator.

You’ll be providing high quality, accurate and efficient administration and operational assistance supporting the HR Manager and Office Manager.

Your role will include:

- Updating staff register with working hour changes and new staff details
- Scheduling interviews/meetings and booking appropriate rooms
- Supporting Office Manager with tasks and projects

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- And understanding on HR procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great written and verbal communication
