**c£75,000- £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**
**What will you be doing in this role?**
As the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective repairs, maintenance and improvement service, ensuring CGAs homes are high-quality, safe, well-maintained and provide value for money. The role is crucial in ensuring safety, compliance and tenant satisfaction.
You will lead on the delivery and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring the effective delivery of reactive, planned, cyclical and investment programmes, achieving key performance indicators and financial targets, ensuring our homes are maintained to the highest possible standards to meet the needs of our customers and deliver value for money.
**What we are looking for in you**
- A demonstrable track record of management and leadership of teams at a senior level within a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting demanding objectives and delivering business performance that exceeds expectations
- Experience of managing and monitoring large projects, procurement, project and performance management and budgets at a senior level
- Experience of developing and implementing policy/procedural change within a complex environment
- Experience of producing reports and presenting proposals to Boards, Committees and External Stakeholders
- Experience of managing health and safety risks in a similar role including but not limited to asbestos, fire, legionella, working at heights, production of risk assessments and method statements
- Excellent knowledge of construction, affordable housing, health and safety and other relevant legislations and regulations associated with the role
- Detailed knowledge of the financial aspects associated with managing a cross-cutting asset management function including client and contractor function budgets/trading account
