Full time permanent role

Based close to Haywards Heath -**due to rural workplace location it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport**

Salary £25000-£30000 depending on experience plus good company benefits

**The role**:
To provide both clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the firm. Specifically assisting the firms Financial Planners with day-to-day client management.

**_Skills and knowledge required:_**

Good written and oral communication skills.

Computer literacy and good typing skills.

Accurate with good attention to detail.

Previous experience of working within an IFA or financial planning firm

**_Responsibilities and duties:_**

Comply at all times with the firm’s Compliance; Training & Competence; Complaints, Data Security policies / procedures and Retail Conduct Risk responsibilities.

To ensure that the firm’s clients are treated fairly at all times.

To work as part of a team alongside the firm’s Financial Planners to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience.

Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Sorting and distributing incoming post.

Franking and sending outbound post.

Maintain filing systems/client files.

Preparing meeting packs for advisor's with relevant forms for client meetings.

Updating stocks of compliance forms for use as and when required.

Maintain client database/CRM system

Assisting the Para-planning team as and when required.
