A great opportunity has arisen at the Firm's Head Office in Cambridge for a **Human Resources Administrator & Facilities Assistant** with the opportunity to grow this position and to progress within the Firm.

**Working alongside and assisting the Director of HR and Admin, this role would be perfect for someone with up to a years experience within HR administration or someone with strong administration experience wanting to start a career in HR.**

**The position is Monday to Friday, ideally 25+ hours per week up to a maximum of 37.5 hours.**

**What will you be doing?**

Working alongside the Director of HR and Admin, assisting with all aspects of HR and also working alongside the Compliance Office assisting with general admin.

**Main purpose/scope of the role**:

- Processing Holiday & Sickness records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all HR systems
- All aspects of recruitment administration, supporting managers to arrange interviews and liaise with recruitment agencies
- Own the Onboarding process - pre employment due diligence, onboarding and new joiner engagement ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new starters
- Own the leaver offboarding process - completing all required administration
- HR Administration - drafting contractual documents, probation reviews, responding to requests, maintenance of vehicle related documents
- Booking events - Formal & Social
- Arranging meetings
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant
- Assist with flexible work requests, maternity, paternity and adoption requests
- Updating and reviewing staff handbooks
- Assist with the firm’s intranet for effective communication and support
- Assisting with organisation of staff training, maintaining the Flick training platform and keeping training logs up to date
- General administrative duties
- Working alongside the Compliance Officer, assisting with general admin, facilities, maintenance and contracts.
