A successful technology business in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire are looking for a PA / HR Administrator to join their team. They design and manufacture a range of electronic products used in the security, aerospace, military and industrial industries.
Key responsibilities of the PA / HR Administrator job:
Support the MD and senior management, organise meetings and manage their diaries
Be the first point of contact for any HR queries and look after the HR administration
Handle all of the recruitment for the business
Organise travel (both European and International) including booking taxis, flights, hotels and arranging visas etc
Manage the staff holiday forms and spreadsheets
Arranging company events, meetings and organising refreshments and working lunches etc
Key requirements of the PA / HR Administrator job:
Experience of working in a similar role at a senior level is essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality for both the company and employees
The ability to prioritise your own workload whilst being flexible and adaptable
This job is mostly office based and is on the North side of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
