Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Office, focusing on Research Staff and Visitors.

Key Responsibilities: You will collaborate with the current team to facilitate the provision of contract and HR services for Contract Research Staff and Visitors. Your role will encompass the administration related to the employment of over 350 contract research personnel within the Department of Engineering. This includes:

  • Advertising job openings
  • Coordinating visa applications
  • Issuing employment offers

All tasks require a meticulous approach and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for employment-related inquiries from Contract Research Staff.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least an HND/HNC level qualification or a level 4/5 vocational certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage confidential information with discretion is crucial. Previous administrative experience in an HR context is required, as well as familiarity with multiple processes and adherence to strict regulations.
