**Who we need?**
In this role, you will be supporting the Associate Client Director in managing client relationships, project delivery and business development for a portfolio of industry-leading clients. You will work directly with the creative teams to ensure quality is consistently delivered to our clients, maximising their return and building mutually beneficial relationships.
**You are brilliant at taking on responsibilities like**:
Coordinating and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborating with internal teams, clients and external vendors to develop project briefs, timelines and deliverables
Scheduling studio resources and tracking projects against timelines and budgets
Proofreading and quality control
Identifying potential issues and solving them quickly and effectively
Gathering client insights and feedback to develop new value-added service offerings
Conducting research and analysis to support the development of creative concepts and strategies
Producing quotes and generating invoices as well as overseeing financial reporting
Seeking opportunities to further develop long-term client relationships
Maintaining project documentation
Supporting proposal and sales pitch efforts
Managing diaries, coordinating travel and executive general administrative tasks
**We are looking for a talent with**:
1+ years project management experience in a creative agency or professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Experience in B2B communications and keen interest in understanding our clients' businesses and industries
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and flexibility to support international projects including occasional travel
