Renowned for their strategic success, my client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Client Partner/Group Account Director with a proven track record working with large brands, substantial budgets, and building exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders.

**Role Overview**:
As a Client Partner/Group Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success, strategic planning, and campaign execution. They are specifically looking for an individual with expertise in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating the unique dynamics associated with larger brands.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, experience working with large brands is essential as this role will be overseeing a multi-million pound account for the agency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the nuances of dealing with senior leadership and aligning strategies with their objectives.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and align digital marketing strategies with their goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (digital, creative, project management) to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans.

**Campaign Execution**:

- Oversee the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with the expectations of the client. (digital, websites, CRM, paid media
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimisation in line with client expectations.

**Growth**:

- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue maximisation.
- Contribute to the overall business growth through client satisfaction, expansion, and effective management of substantial budgets.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide comprehensive performance reports, tailored to the expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise and enhance campaign effectiveness for clients with significant budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and meeting the expectations of senior stakeholders.
