An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Cancer Division across the MSE.

You will be responsible for supporting and managing diaries of the senior cancer team.

You'll be responsible for collating and analysing information, communication to the cancer teams and supporting cancer projects.

And you'll get the chance to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team including consultants and senior nursing staff to support the team.

**Duties include**:
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient Service co-ordination role to the Cancer Management Team to enable them to carry out their operational and managerial duties, ensuring effective organisation of their time.

The post holder will be expected to provide full administrative support to the Cancer Service Management Team.

The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks to ensure the effective running of the Cancer Division and will act as a conduit for communication.

To manage the Cancer Division Office on a day-to-day basis. Co-ordination and organisation of the respective Cancer Management Team’s commitments through effective diary management and priority judgement.

Attend departmental meetings, minute taking, often involving varied or technical agenda items. Maintenance of action trackers, producing reports, presentations and meeting papers to an excellent standard and circulating these in a timely manner in advance of and following meetings as appropriate
