Play Worker

**_We are seeking to appoint a Play Worker / Assistant as part of a small friendly team in our before and after school that is based at the Centre within the grounds of Holy Trinity Church in Ossett. The position is to cover some shifts on a flexible basis including holiday cover and sickness._**
**_The position would ideally suit someone who lives locally to the Ossett area and we are looking for someone who loves working with children in a play based environment._**
**_The position involves walking the children to school on a morning and collecting on an evening. It also involves planning age appropriate activities in a safe and caring environment. Children are aged between four and eleven years._**
**_The hours that we operate are from 7.15am to 9.15am for our breakfast club and 3.00pm to 6.00pm for our after school club._**
**_Qualifications are an advantage but full training will be given. An enhanced DBS will also be required and Safeguarding training._**
**_A uniform will be provided._**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours
Part-time hours: 5 - 10 per week
**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour
