HR Advisor - Higher Education - South London with Hybrid working

This is an exicting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join one of London's leading universities.

Reporting in to the Head of HR you will be part of the HR Advice team providing advice, guidance and assistance on HR policies and procedures across the HR lifecycle.

Your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance on all employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances
- Producing and monitoring casework metrics and key performance indicators
- Coaching and upskilling managers, improving their ability to manage cases
- Supporting the implementation of new policies and procedures
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns for specific customer areas for new and live campaigns
- Working closely with the HR Leadership and HR Business Partners and supporting on HR projects

You should be an HR Advisor or HR Generalist with a track record of providing effective HR advice and guidance to managers particularly on employee relations issues. A strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice needs to be combined with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
