**Position**: Fennies Real Estate - Facilities / Construction Administrative Assistant
**Salary**: Up to £35, 000
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Reports to**: Business Development Director

**What you know**:
- Proficient in MS packages Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Can do approach.
- Calm and professional manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Commercial acumen.
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in construction/maintenance advised.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing, updating, and controlling technical documents
- Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems
- Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases
- Tender administration. Making calls and chasing suppliers, quotes and job reports.
- Taking minutes
- Residential property assistance. Booking repairs, taking calls from tenants
- Procurement relevant to projects and existing nurseries
- Fleet management, booking MOT's and services.
- Office Management, replenishing, ordering materials and stock checks.
