Hours: 25 to 30 per week (no weekend or evening hours)

**Sales Co-ordinator** - The Role

Here at Davies Turner we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with Business-to-Business experience to join our sales department based in Cumbernauld as our new
**Sales Co-ordinator**.

As the role is part time, we are able to offer core hours during the day, with no weekend or evening work.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

- Handle customer queries, and maintain excellent levels of customer service
- Support with outbound telesales
- Liaise with operational departments, offering additional support if required
- Maintain our customer database
- Support with all administration, diary management and quotations for existing, and potential new clients
- Follow up on quotations, from initial contact
- Maintain and develop close relationships with customers and colleagues across the business
- Complete any additional paperwork and reports as and when required.

- Ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment
- Be outgoing and enthusiastic with the drive and passion to succeed
- Thrive from a challenge and have a can-do attitude
- Organisation and attention to detail skills
- Previous experience of working as a
**Sales Co-ordinator **or in a Call Centre (so long as B2C) is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM or similar
- In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
