**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Team Leader?**
- You will be leading the customer service team in our fantastic call centre, providing support, motivation and drive the performance while seeking resolutions to all customer complaints and issues.
- Primarily, your role will be the team leadership and people management of a group of advisors.
- You will hold regular team meetings, 121’s and performance reviews, alongside coaching and personal development, as well as acting as the point of escalation for customers.

Our goal is to build a team that manages all customer enquiries, complaints, and issues to as positive end as possible and ensure that all of them leave satisfied.

**What skills or experience do you need to join the team?**
- The biggest thing we need is someone who has a great passion for excellent customer service.
- You will have considerable experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre but face to face is also brilliant.
- We are really looking for someone with excellent communication skills (particularly over the phone), the ability to manage complaints and deescalate situations as required.
- If you have experience leading a team or with people management that would also be a bonus.
