**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) 37.5hrs

**The role **

The role of Customer Support Operative is really important to us. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customer base and resolving any issues and queries at the earliest opportunity.

This role is based in our well appointed Telematics office in Crewe. Which is approximately 5 minutes walk away from rail and bus links.

You’ll report into the Operations & Dispatch Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team of Operations and Customer Support Advisors.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Gathering accurate information via phone, regarding customer issues to identify and resolve at the earliest opportunity.
- Identifying and escalating opportunities to improve operational performance, and process improvement.
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for our customers.
- Using our systems to log, diagnose and feedback issues.
- Full training will be provided_

- A flexible approach to handling customer requirements and business needs with an ability to operate at pace
- Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst showing keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
