**About the role**

As a Contract Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the upkeep and validity of our supported customer database ensuring the accuracy of critical customer estate information including site, inventory, service level, supplier, cost etc. This critical role will enable an accurate and real time view of all new and existing customers/sites and support contracted requirements enabling service readiness, accurate asset management and commercial validation for on-going supportability and renewal management.

This role requires a self-motivated and driven individual with a keen eye to detail, can work as part of a team and on their own initiative. An individual who can build strong working relationships with other teams and departments, someone who will take ownership and accountability to see a task through to a satisfactory conclusion and is able to look outside of the presented information to ensure a true and accurate understanding is gathered and detailed within our operating systems.

**What will you do?**
- To ensure support contract set up in line with 3rd party/vendor support agreement
- To ensure that the correct service levels and obligations are recorded including operational support model, service wrap, underpinning service and supported hardware and software
- To ensure all backed off contracts and associated PO’s to vendors/suppliers where applicable are in place and all relevant details, SLA, renewal information, rules of engagement are understood and documented within the support database.
- Service and Contract changes and amendments.
- To identify and inactivate all relevant 3rdparty/vendor support in line with any cease request mitigating cost exposure due to invalid system data.
- Enabling Recurring revenue and cost forecasting through contract data accuracy to aid decision making and Management reporting.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools including Excel.
- Be able to demonstrate working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Awareness and drive to deliver against contractual commitments and targeted SLA’s.
- Analytical thinking and ability to think outside the box, challenge the norm where appropriate but be open to constructive feedback.
- Demonstrate a courteous professional manner and strong communication skills at all times to both internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Ability to manage expectations from multiple stakeholders.
