Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective management of risks relating to safety, health, environment, and quality through the use of RAMS, PPE, training, and company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
  • Manage client service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring all available resources work collaboratively.
  • Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract.
  • Set, monitor, and control SLAs and KPIs, seeking opportunities to provide added value across delivery stakeholders.
  • Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Work with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and reactive works.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the contract and review monthly audit checks.
  • Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews.
