We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.- At Scope our mission is to drive social change so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Our volunteers are integral to this. We involve volunteers in our retail shops, our services, and in our office team and currently have around 4,000 Scope volunteers.- We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience or developing within Trusts and Foundations fundraising. The role will support Scope to maximise its’ opportunities in securing and managing Trusts & Foundations funding.**Permanent, 35 hours per week**

**Location**: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with working from home most of the time. Must be able to travel to London office at least once a month, plus additional travel to key meetings.

You will:
- Lead on Trusts & Foundations pipeline development and implementation. This includes:
- Monitoring of Trusts and Foundation funding portals
- Managing and building on the existing Trusts and Foundations pipeline
- Researching and identifying potential funders for unfunded Scope projects/concepts
- Lead or support the grant management of key Trusts and Foundations funders’ grants. This includes:
- Ensuring compliance against contract and donor rules
- Coordination, quality assurance and submission of key funder reports
- Acting as the primary contact for key funders
- Contribute to the wider team and organisational development. This includes:
- Close collaboration and support with the other three members of the Trusts and Government sub team, as well as the wider Partnership Funding Team (which includes Corporate and Philanthropy Funding)
- Working closely with the wider Partnerships directorate and colleagues from other directorates including Services, Finance and Legal, and Strategy, Impact and Social Change directorates

**About you**

**Skills**
- Able to write strong, persuasive narrative for five, six and seven figure funder proposals and reports
- Strong numerical skills including budgeting skills
- Knowledge of Trust and Foundation funders and trends
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively
- Able to work positively with internal and external individuals and teams.

**Experience**
- Direct experience in developing and submitting six or seven figure proposals for Trusts and Foundation Funders- Direct experience of working with a Trusts and Foundation pipeline or equivalent, ensuring opportunities are organised and acted on appropriately- Experience with working with an organisational CRM system is beneficial but not essential- Experience of disability issues or projects tackling disability inequality is beneficial but not essential.
